About Ageless Fitness
Who I am
Ageless Fitness Personal Training is a dedicated mobile personal training service that brings fitness to your doorstep. My mission is to help individuals of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. I also provide training in my on-site gym.
What I do
I train all ages; from children to older adults. I start at a pace that is suited to your current level of health and fitness. I cater for people with chronic illness, injuries, disabilities and weight issues.

My training Methods
I use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, fitness steps, boxing, weighted vests and weighted gloves. I also conduct a circuit training class to make it more fun as I like to change the program frequently to prevent boredom
A Typical Training Session
I always start of with low impact cardio. This will be done according to your level of cardiovascular fitness. Then I begin using weights. Weight training is essential to maintain muscle mass, increase metabolism, strength, coordination, maintain bone density and just feel good & look great!
Weight training also increases the heart rate and I promise you, you will sweat.
